On 3/26/20, we announced that pursuant to Colorado State Health Department and Child Care Licensing recommendations, Springs of Life Children’s Center will remain open and providing child care services only to parents/guardians who are working in Critical Businesses.  However, we received an email from the El Paso County Public Health Department that has retracted the following interpretation of the Public Health Order:

Child care centers can only care for children whose parents/guardians work for a critical business.

“This means that childcare centers are able to care for any child, whether their parents/guardians work for a critical business or not.  Child care has always been considered a critical service, available to those that need it.”

What this means, is that Springs of Life Children’s Center is open and available to all parents who need childcare!  We are continuing to adhere to the practical steps of social distancing and cleaning/sanitization practices in order to provide a safe environment for your children and our staff.

A reminder:  A critical measure is required of all parents and staff: no child or staff who is exhibiting any cold/flu symptoms can be in our center during this time.  If your child is exhibiting and cold/flu symptoms, do NOT bring them into the center.  The staff will not allow them to be dropped off.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our parent hotline via call/text @719-203-1044, or via email @ parents@springsoflife.org.
